Locate the MLS lockbox on front door or garage light of our model home.
Unlock the MLS lockbox with the eKEY and it's smart phone app,or the ActiveKEY.
Find a key and alarm code to the model home, and a key and alarm code to all the market homes.
Buyer Broker Agreement: If Home Creations will be asked to help supplement any compensation listed on the Buyer Broker Agreement, the Buyer Broker Agreement must be submitted with the contract. Buyer Broker Agreement can be submitted in multiple different ways including email, text or online submission. Please see below for submission options:
