We all know it can get windy in Oklahoma, and that is why we use Atlas Pinnacle Pristine HP42” Shingles. These shingles are designed with a wider format, enhanced sweet spot and double FASTAC adhesive sealant line, resulting in a 130-MPH wind rating. These shingles also have Scotchgard Protector to help prevent black streaks caused by algae.

We install DuPont Tyvek around the entire home. This product defends the home against moisture, air and water; reducing the risk of condensation damage, wood rot or mold growth.

Woodford Freeze Proof Spigot

Two Woodford spigot are installed to the exterior of your home. These spigots will not freeze if you accidentally forget to unhook a hose during freezing temperatures.  A normal faucet that freezes can cause flooding and damages to your home.

We want to make sure the exterior of your home looks just as magnificent as the interior. Every home will come with a landscape package that includes sod. Homes from the Village Collection will have full sod. Homes from the Sonoma, Wellington and Elite Collection will have sodded front and side yards and a minimum of two strips of sod in the backyard. Homes in our Blue Ridge community will receive 10,000 square feet of sod.
