New Home In Newcastle    Farmington Farmington
1633 Addington Road

Open fields and fresh air set the tone here. Farmington offers the open space and slower pace of the country without the long drive. Located just off Highway 62, south of Newcastle, the neighborhood sits about the same distance from Norman and southwest Oklahoma City, making both an easy trip for work, shopping, or a night out.The community features a large neighborhood playground and well-maintained sidewalks throughout, giving residents plenty of room to get outside and enjoy the setting. Homes in Farmington are part of our Wellington Collection, offering 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans. Raised 10-foot ceilings make the main living areas feel open and bright, and wood-look tile and a ventless gas log fireplace add warmth and character. Kitchens feature quartz or granite countertops, Samsung stainless steel appliances, and custom-built cabinets that add value without adding cost. Outside, every home comes with a full landscape package and a covered back patio, so the yard is finished and ready to enjoy from move-in day.For a country setting with an easy drive to Norman and Oklahoma City, Farmington is well worth a visit.
