Thanks to its easy access to HWY 9, HWY 77, and I-35, Eagle Cliff South is just minutes away from a veritable plethora of amenities and opportunities, from eclectic shopping and dining to a day at Lake Thunderbird or an OU sporting event. Classen Blvd and 12thAve SE, just north of the neighborhood, take you to the heart of Campus Corner, a vibrant college community boasting coffee shops, lively entertainment, favorite local dives, and local shopping. HWY 9 is likely to be your main thoroughfare, getting you to the I-35 corridor in less than 5 minutes where you’ll find major restaurant and retail chains. Trails Golf Club of Norman, the Lloyd Noble Center, Reaves Park, the Sam Noble Museum of Natural History, and the OU softball complex are also all 10 minutes away or less.

Nearby Communities

A vibrant and growing community, Norman is the 3rdlargest city in Oklahoma, drawing a wide population of college students, young professionals, families, and retirees. The University of Oklahoma enjoys strong local support, but is not all Norman has to offer by far; small pockets of local businesses are just as plentiful as large retail shopping and dining chains, and the city nurtures its eclectic vibe with plenty of performing and visual arts. There are also plenty of parks, aquatic centers, golf courses, and biking and walking trails for all your outdoor activities.

For something a little smaller, you can also head south to Noble, less than 10 minutes away right down HWY 77.
