We are thrilled to have been recognized as RESNET Builder of the Month for January 2022!  RESNET is known for leading the charge in creating more energy efficiency homes. In fact, their vision is to create a net zero energy residential sector in the United States by 2040. We are excited to help them meet their goal with homes now having a HERS Score ranging from 42 - 52!

The HERS Index is the industry standard on how a home's energy efficiency is measured. This index was created by RESNET. A certified RESNET Home Energy Rater inspects our homes to verify the energy performance of the home. Th rater will give the home a score ranging from 0 - 150. Homes that are energy efficient will have a lower score!

To get a HERS score from 42-52, several energy efficient features are added behind the walls of every home we build. These features include a tankless water heater, R-44 attic insulation, LED lights and much more! All of these features help improve HERS scores of the homes we build.
