The new Elite Collection is here! What sets this collection apart from the others? Well, we would have to say the extra features that will make your home even more beautiful than before.

First, let’s start in the kitchen. Elite homes will now include: painted cabinets – one color, with cabinet hardware, a decorative vent hood, and Samsung Appliances.

Painted cabinets – Customers will get to choose from a wide selection of paint color options for their beautiful custom cabinets.

Decorative vent hoods are now included! These vented hoods are efficient and helps remove heat, fumes, airborne grease and smoke from the air. They are also pretty!

Cabinet hardware is also included and gives your cabinets a unique finish.

We are now partnering with Samsung! Every home from our Elite Collection will now come with a Samsung stainless-steel top control dishwasher, a built-in microwave, a built-in electric range and a gas cooktop with a decorative vent hood.

Now, let’s move into the living room and master suite. Your new Elite home will now come with wood or wood-tile in the entry, living room and hallways. Of course, this does depend on the floor plan. Your home will also have even more lights with the upgraded light package. This will include more lights as well as more options. Lastly, the master bathroom will now come standard with a steel tub with tiled walls.
