This team is also in charge of our Design Center that houses all the selections available for your new home. Plus, we have a newly remodeled Design Center filled with amazing choices!

For those who purchased a custom home, you will get to attend a color meeting in our new Design Center. During this meeting, you will work with a Home Creations expert design consultant to select the colors and details of your new home. These details include countertops, cabinets, paint, flooring, faucets, lighting and so much more.

At the Home Creations Design Center, you will view and select from our wide variety of options for each feature of your new home. From full bathroom and kitchen models to faucet and doorknob collections, carpet swatches and tile samples, the design center lets you see your options in person. Our design consultants are there to make recommendations, offer tenured advice and provide extensive information about each selection.

The first step in the process is to view your floor plan and discuss existing features and changes you selected. After this step, we start from the outside – with brick, stone, paint, window, and door options – and work our way in the home. Once inside, you select flooring first, then cabinets, countertops, and the backsplash.
