From Humble Beginnings to Homebuilding Leader

Home Creations began in Norman, Oklahoma, in 1981, when the brothers—both University of Oklahoma graduates—built their first home and quickly realized the impact they could make by providing quality housing at an attainable price. By 1994, they were building 100 homes annually, and by 2018, nearly 500 each year. Today, Home Creations delivers more than 500 new homes annually across Oklahoma and Texas, offering thoughtfully designed floor plans, customer-focused service, and unmatched value for homeowners at every stage of life.

Our homes regularly achieve Home Energy Rating System (HERS) scores between 42 and 52, meaning they’re over 60% more efficient than typical existing homes. Some homes, when paired with solar panels, achieve HERS scores in the teens.

• Navien tankless water heaters for on-demand, efficient hot water.

• R-44 attic insulation and radiant barrier decking to minimize heat gain.

• 96% efficient furnaces and high-SEER air conditioners.

In addition, Home Creations was an early adopter of renewable energy integration. Through a partnership with Oklahoma-based EightTwenty, our homes are pre-wired for solar panel installation, with options for battery storage and EV charging stations.
