Home Creations' Selling Guidelines

Your registration will be active for 30 days and covers all Home Creations communities, and you can re-register your buyers as many times as needed. Please let us know if your buyers are relocating from another city or state and we’d be happy to extend the registration period to 60 days.

We encourage Realtors to be involved with their buyers throughout the contract / construction / closing process. We have our own Real Estate Purchase Contract that is specific to our product, procedures and processes. Realtors are welcome to contact our New Home Consultants for assistance at any time.

We love working with Realtors, and as such we do not lower our sales price just because a home buyer happens to not be working with a Realtor. 

Please note: In an effort to protect both Realtors and our in-house New Home Consultants, if buyer has first contacted Home Creations through our website, on the phone or in person at any of our community show homes without being previously registered by a Realtor, the Selling Agent will be a Home Creations New Home Consultant unless the buyer indicates he/she is working with a Realtor on our registration card or website information request form.

• Home Creations is a family-owned home-building business started by brothers Jalal and Mohammad Farzaneh in 1981.
• Location of first home built: Norman, Oklahoma
• Current locations:  20+ new home communities in the Oklahoma City metro area, Tulsa metro area, Lawton.

• Build a custom from the ground-up
• Purchase a market (spec) home under construction
• Purchase a finished market home

Warranty program

• Home Creations has its own Customer Care Warranty Department with 24/7 assistance available for emergencies during the first year
• 1 year limited builder’s warranty, with 60-day and 11-month service calls
• Manufacturers’ warranties (e.g. appliances, brick)
• 10-year structure warranty with Residential Warranty Company  

For Realtors

• Earn 3% sales commission by following the Home Creations Realtor Registration Policy. Click here for more details.
• All homes for sale listed in Oklahoma City, Norman, Tulsa and Lawton MLS systems.
• Home Creations uses its own New Home Purchase Contract plus additional OAR-approved forms
• Model homes are monitored with security alarms and are on lock boxes.
• Central Oklahoma Real Estate Group, Inc. handles all the Oklahoma City metro listings for Home Creations.
• Minimum earnest money: $500 on market homes, $1000 minimum on customs.
• Earnest money check: payable to CORE Real Estate
• Home Creations works with select title companies.
• Realtor sales account for 25 – 35 percent of Home Creations business.  
• FHA/VA approved construction
• With or without a Realtor, the buyer’s sales price remains the same. (In other words, Home Creations buyers don’t save three percent when they purchase our homes without a Realtor).
