Comprehensive Warranties

Home Creations offers a full-service customer care warranty department to take care of repairs (other than maintenance items) that may arise in the new home within the first year of ownership. Each Home Creations new home comes with the following warranties:

• One-Year Builder's Warranty
  • Home Creations provides for two post-closing inspections. The first inspection is 60 days after closing. The second and final inspection is on the 11th month of the closing.
  • Both inspections are initiated by the home owner and scheduled through the Home Creations Warranty Department only.
• Ten-Year Structural Warranty
  • Home Creations will purchase, on behalf of our home owners, a 10 Year Limited Warranty through Residential Warranty Company (also known as RWC).
• Manufacturer's Warranty
  • Products which carries a manufacturer warranty are transferred to home owner at the date of closing. Home Creations will assist the home owner in consolidating contact information for those products.

Emergencies

Emergency service is available under certain conditions. Home owner may notify the Warranty Department of emergencies that happen any time during the first year of ownership.
