Creations offers a full-service customer care warranty department to
take care of repairs (other than maintenance items) that may arise in
your new home within the first year of ownership.
After
closing on your new home, you have two opportunities to submit a list
of items you would like Home Creations to address. These are referred
to as your 60 day Service Request and your 11 month Service Request.
These must be submitted in writing via the link below or by e-mail,
fax, or a written letter. You may notify the Warranty Department of
emergencies that happen any time during your first year of ownership.
